POWER OF SUMMER FESTIVAL: BATTERSEA POWER STATION

August 4, 2017

Circus West Village is London’s newest riverside village located between the iconic Battersea Power Station and the 200-acre Battersea Park.

In what is one of the most important years in the history of Battersea Power Station, Circus West Village has finally opened it's doors to the general public. Independent and authentic - each retail partner has been specifically selected based on the quality and individuality of the experience they will bring to Circus West Village.

The village is currently hosting the Power of Summer Festival which has a dazzling programme of fun family activities for the whole community. Comedy, dance, workouts, music and more. There is something for everyone in this amazing new space that's right on your doorstep.

Popping on down to check out what's on offer I couldn't resist an impromptu shoot! Here I am wearing the H&M Merino Wool Polo Shirt in Navy paired with a navy skinny cuffed trouser from BoohooMAN. I combined the look with a nice leather belt and loafers to tie it all together for a monochromatic look.

You don't have to rock flashy prints or bright colours to turn heads. Whether you're slim, toned or stocky, sticking to a single coloured outfit is flattering on all body types. The monochromatic look helps you look leaner and taller by creating a streamlined silhouette. This look is both sophisticated and foolproof, especially when you pick a classic hue like navy, which can be treated as a neutral, but isn’t as harsh as black.

If you're heading on down to the village, be sure to check out No 29 Power Station West for a tasty bite to eat (and quite reasonably priced!).
